Describe the results obtained by the participants competencies (skills, abilities and attitudes).

At the individual level, the project “Youth Can Do It!” :

– It developed skills for participants to understand the socio-economic context at the local level, national and European level and increased awareness of the problem of unemployment. So, in terms of quality, course content was evaluated with an overall average of 4.2 on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 is unsatisfied, and 5 very satisfied. By point of view quantitative, 88% of survey respondents final evaluation appreciated the experience relevant to the development of knowledge, skills and attitudes related topics course. According to reports MT +, 52% of respondents felt that this experience answered fully professional development needs, and 38% were partially satisfied this aspect.

It increased ability for participants to put their ideas into practice by developing skills to identify and create innovative solutions to integrate young people into the labor market. Individual final reports MT + shows that 54% of respondents said they were satisfied with the degree of improving entrepreneurial skills and spirit of initiative, while 32% thought they have developed a very large extent. Moreover, 36% saw a considerable increase practical skills (project management).

– It was an opportunity for participants to develop communication skills and networking, and the ability to work at European level in an intercultural context.

In terms of quality, personal contribution was evaluated with an overall average of 4.8 on a scale from 1 to 5, where 1 is unsatisfied, and 5 very satisfied, with group dynamics 4.9 and 4.7 of socio-cultural activities. Quantitatively, 85% of the survey respondents

Final evaluation appreciated the activities which involved working in mixed teams and interaction with local community as the most valuable and useful. As shown in interpretation MT + individual final reports, 72% of respondents thought that have developed in a largely interpersonal and social skills. Also, 52% said that after this experience are more aware of the challenges and opportunities of multiculturalism
