Rhythm

Thus, through the project ”RHYTHM”  we will facilitate  all participants and NGOs to develop healthy lifestyle through NFL. We believe that during and by the end of the project all participants are more able to combine critical thinking and new competences for improving their lifestyle in the field of balanced nutrition, physical activity, combating myths and misconceptions about healthy living.

The main idea of this project is to enhance their participation and collaboration in the field of healthy lifestyle, sports , physical activity,workshops by cooking, in accordance to social inclusion practices  through indoor and outdoor activities, visits and creative practices. We are going to assist them to acquire self directed learning and other competences in order to improve their daily habits and support the development and the improvement of personal skills.

Linking the project with objectives of Erasmus plus youth action:The project is aiming to the priorities of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action programme :

-Promote healthy behaviours (particularly through outdoor activities and grassroots sport);

The overall objective of the project is :

– To increase awareness of the  young people and youth leaders on the importance of  healthy lifestyle through out door and nutrition ,promoting social inclusion using NFL as social inclusion tools for combating health related risks;

The specific objectives of the project  RHYTHM are:

1.To promote outdoor and indoor activities as a method of improving lifestyle among 40 participants (32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) in 7 participating countries

  1. To promote outdoor and indoor activities as a method of social inclusion among 40 participants(32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) in 7 participating countries
  2. To exchange of good practices and experiences between 40 participants( 32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) from 7 participating countries ,related to prevention of diseases caused by lack of exercise and poor eating habits

4 .To develop  for 40 participants( 32 young people aged 18-30 and 8 leaders) from 7 participating countries ,cultural and social competencies;

This way, youngsters will come closer to everyday issues related to healthy behavior promoting a healthy inclusive society.

All partners organizations from 7 countries with :32 young people,8 group leaders , 2 facilitators, during the project week, will show and point out the power of social inclusion practices and mutual collaboration through NFL on developing new attitude in favor of healthy lifestyle for all  involved.They will  approach as well the intercultural issue.
